We ask that groups do not request or reserve more slots than they can fill to ensure that the work is meaningful. Food Gatherers depends on volunteers to accomplish our mission, and works hard to match the available work with an adequate number of volunteers.

This is an estimate for how many people you'd like to bring. You don't have to know your exact number just yet, we will confirm your total number closer to the assigned shift. We can currently take groups of up to 25 volunteers.

Carrot Way (warehouse) shifts require 1 adult (parent/staff) chaperone for every three 8-12 year old's AND 1 adult (parent/staff) chaperone for every five 13-17 year old's/high school aged volunteers.
