Created by Kristin Haver and Valerie Hunt. The love of running and passion of doing so injury free brought these two together. Combined they have raced in numerous endurance events from 5Ks to ultra marathons. Together they are certified in a vast array of fields from WimHof Breathing and Yoga to PoseMethod Running (Master Level) and CrossFit.
