This session will give us the chance to answer those questions. The session generally lasts for up to one hour. The aim is to start raising your awareness around the area you have chosen to focus on. At the end of the session if we both feel we are a fit then we can organize our next steps, including discussing working together further or other more appropriate resources.
I am always happy to make referrals to others if that seems best for your needs. Preparation questions: Now for the questions that will help both of us prepare and be focused for the session. I use the information you provide me with to get a deeper understanding of who you are, what drives you and what you want to achieve from coaching. All information will be treated as strictly confidential in keeping with ICF ethical standards. The more you invest in answering these questions thoughtfully and seriously, the more powerful our coaching together will be in delivering the results you are hoping to achieve. Please put aside 60 minutes to complete all the questions below, including any experience you may have had with a therapist or coach. When you have completed them, submit or mail the form to me at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 - 48 hours before our scheduled coaching session. This is so I can get to know you better and to give you the most positive coaching session possible.
