The TJ Help Desk is an online resource for the TJ community for information seeking purposes. A student ID of a current TJ student is required for verification on all submissions. Parents should consult their student at home for their ID number before submitting a request through TJ Help Desk.
All admissions questions should be directed to email@example.com rather than to the TJ Help Desk.
Requests will be routed directly from the administration to the point of contact at the school who can assist you. Any information requests needing less than one business day response should call the main phone line at 703-750-8300 rather than use the online TJ Help Desk.
All TJ Help Desk requests are confidential among school staff, but are not anonymous since a followup conversation might be needed depending on the nature of the request.
