What is required:
• Arrive August 13, 2014 between 1pm and 5pm to check in.
• Work One (1) Shift: 8:00 AM – Noon OR Noon – 4:30 PM on August 14, 2014

NOTE: Failure to complete at least one volunteer shift will result in a $50 fee for early move-in.

NOTE: This opportunity is not available to first-time-in-college freshmen.

Agreement to terms and guidelines:

Please read the following guidelines and rules for volunteering as a part of the U-Hall Crew.

1. All volunteers will check-in at the Nations Multi-Purpose Room at the beginning of their shift. T-shirts will be distributed at check-in. Please bring your Owl Card to check in.

2. Volunteers who belong to an organization can tell the new residents what your organization does. You can wear hats or pants that have your organizational identification on it.

3. Volunteers cannot directly recruit for their organization.

4. Volunteers cannot wear any other shirt other than the U-Hall volunteer shirt.

5. Volunteers cannot decorate the U-Hall t-shirt.

6. Volunteers cannot take a resident’s key from them. The resident must remain with you at all times as you transport their belongings from their vehicle to their room.

7. Stay hydrated. Water will be available at various locations.
