Caller ID Filter
If you would like to block several numbers from calling you, please complete this form for each rule (or specific number) you want to block. Setting up this filter at any time other than signup, ordering or transferring a DID may incur a charge. Be sure to check special destinations or recordings under Answers on our main website.
DID *
Please enter the phone number (DID) you have with us to which the Caller ID filter will apply. If you want the rule to apply to more than one number, please separate the numbers with spaces and enter them with country code and no punctuation mark, for example: 14165556666 1234567890 4075123456.

Rule *
You may use the * wildcard for any set of digits and X for one single digit. For example, 4163980000, 416*, 416XXX0000, 416XXXXXXX and 416XXX00* are examples that would match CallerID 4163980000 while 416XXX7* and 416XXX are examples that would NOT match the CallerID 4163980000. !NPANXXXXXX refers to overseas number not matching North-American numbers.
Routing *
Where should the call normally go when the Rule above matches the incoming call. "Telemarketing menu" is an experimental feature we are working on where the caller has to pay before talking to you. Please note that choosing an unusual message may cause the unwanted caller to realize they are filtered and call with a different Caller ID, thereby defeating the filter - that is why we recommend choosing a busy tone.
Busy Routing
Optional: Where should the call go when the main number is busy and Rule above matches the incoming call.
Unreachable Routing
Optional: Where should the call go when the number is unreachable (you are not connected, network is down, power outage, etc.) and Rule above matches the incoming call.
No Answer Routing
Optional: Where should the call go when the number times out ringing and Rule above matches the incoming call.
