 Be a graduating EVSC senior.
 Have a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 2.8 on a 4.0
scale (or an equivalent).
 Plan to enroll full-time** at an accredited public or private college, university, or
community college, no later than the upcoming 2018 fall semester.
 Plan to pursue a degree that leads to a career which will support people with
disabilities, as described in the “About” section of this document.
 Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA on 4.0 scale, barring compelling non-academic
reasons, while attending the selected college or university.
The scholarship amount is $500
annually, renewable for a total of $2,000
over four years.
