Once your reservation has been processed, you will be contacted on the tel. number provided to confirm details of the booking and vehicle availability.

***A minimum of 8 full working days notice is required on all bookings this includes deliveries and collections***

Deliveries are subject to adequate accessibility for a vehicle transporter to deliver the vehicle and price for delivery/collection will calculated and invoiced separately. POA depending on how many vehicles are being delivered.

Should you need to make any amendments once your reservation has been confirmed, please contact Flex Support on 0371 384 5915 providing your reservation number.

Once the vehicle has been delivered, rental management will then be possible via the Europcar.biz and Europcar One booking portals.
