Established in 1987, Creative Assembly is one of the UK’s most influential development studios and, for the 4th year running, they will once again bring the Creative Assembly GameJam to EGX Rezzed.
The Creative Assembly GameJam is an opportunity for game developers, whether amateur or professional, to spend a day making a game, and then show it off to inspire and educate a highly engaged and motivated audience.
The GameJam will be hosted as part of the GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair, which brings educators, employers and recruiters together to help the next generation of budding games industry professionals.
The jam itself will take place on Friday 8th April, with the finished games being presented by each team on Saturday 9th. The final presentations will be shown as part of the EGX Rezzed Developer Sessions to a panel of prestigious judges from the games industry and will be streamed via the EGX video channel.

In recognition of their achievement, top-placed teams will take away some fantastic prizes, which will be announced soon.
One notable success story from a previous year is PC/Mac game ‘Tango Fiesta’, which was created during the first Creative Assembly GameJam at EGX Rezzed and has since gone on to become a critical and commercial success.
