Popcorn Maker Quality Testing
Thanks for helping us test Popcorn Maker.  The following tasks will be invaluable for us to see completed by a variety of users on a variety of different setups.  

The more detail you can provide, the easier time we'll have solving your issue.  You don't need to complete every task, but please remember to press the submit button before you finish.

TASK #1 - ADD A TEXT EVENT
1. Drag one text event from the events editor directly on to the video
2. Click directly on the event which appears over the video to edit that text
3. In the event editor, change the text position to "custom"
3. Move the text on screen by holding shift and dragging it to a new position
4. Click the advanced tab in the editor
5. Change the colour to green (in firefox, type in "green", in chrome, use the colour selector)
6. Change the style to bold

Expected results: you can add an event, edit the text, ymove the text wherever you want,  change the colour and style
TASK #2 - ADD AN IMAGE EVENT
1. Drag the image event directly on to the video
2. In the event editor, change the image URL to http://cvcl.mit.edu/hybrid/cat2.jpg
3. Replace this image by dragging a JPG or PNG file from your computer on top of the image event
4. Move the image to the lower right corner of the video area by dragging the 4-pointed positioning arrows
5. resize the image by dragging the resizing handles on the image

Expected results: you can add an image by URL, as well as by dragging from your desktop, and position it on screen

TASKS #3 - ADD A POPUP EVENT
1. Drag the popup event from the events editor on to the video
2. Click on the popup on top of the video and change the text to something else
3. Move the event by dragging it in the video area
4. Click on the event in the timeline to open its editor
5. Change the pop up icon to "money"
6. Click on the advanced tab
7. Change the colour to green (in firefox, type in "green", in chrome, use the colour selector)

Expected results:you can add an event, change the text, move it around, change the icon, and change the colour

TASK #4 - ADD A GOOGLEMAP EVENT
1. Drag the GoogleMap event from the events editor on to the video
2. Click on the event in the timeline to open its' editor
3. Change the location from "Toronto" to "Vancouver"
4. Change the map type to "street view"
5. Adjust the zoom so you can see the street
6. Move the map to where you would like it to appear

Expected results: you can add an event, change the location, change the map type and move it around

TASK #6 - ADD A LOOP EVENT
Start here: https://popcorn.webmaker.org/templates/basic/

1. Drag the loop event from the events editor to the timeline
2. Click on the edges of the event on the timeline to adjust the length of the event to 3 seconds
3. Click on the event to open its editor
4. Change the loop to 0 so it loops forever
5. Drag the playhead along the timeline so that it immediately precedes the event, then press play

Expected results: you can add an event to the timeline, loop a range of time, and make it loop forever

TASK #7 - ADD A PAUSE EVENT
Start here: https://popcorn.webmaker.org/templates/basic/

1. Drag the pause event from the events editor to the timeline
2. Click on the event in the timeline, and drag it so that it begins at approximately 5 seconds
3. Click on the event to open its editor
4. Change the pause to 5 seconds

Expected results: you can add an event to the timeline, pause the video at a given time, and have it begin again 5 seconds later

TASK #8 - ADD A SKIP EVENT

1. Drag the skip event from the events editor to the timeline
2. Click on the edges of the event on the timeline to adjust the length of the event to 3 seconds
3. Drag the playhead along the timeline so that it immediately proceeds the event, then press play

Expected results: you can add an event to the timeline, and skip a range of time

TASK #9 - ADD A WIKIPEDIA EVENT
Start here: https://popcorn.webmaker.org/templates/basic/

1. Drag the Wikipedia event from the events editor to the window editor timeline
2. Click on the event to open its editor
3. In the article title, enter "cats"
4. Move the position of the event in the video by dragging it to the right

Expected results: you can add an event to the timeline, change the article, and move the event to a new location

TASK #10 - ADDING MULTIPLE EVENTS AND ADJUSTING LAYERS
Start here: https://popcorn.webmaker.org/templates/basic/

1. Drag the popup event on to the video
2. Drag the Google Maps event on to the video during the same time
3. Drag the Twitter event on to the video  during the same time
4. Move the Google Maps layer to the top layer by dragging its layer number above the others

Expected result: The app will put each seperate event on a new layer and they will not overlap. By adjusting the layer order, top most events will overlap ones below

TASK #11 - PUBLISH
1 Click "sign in to save"
2. Complete the persona registration procedure if you do not have a persona account - if you have a persona account, log in
3. You should no see a shareable link in the "share" editor that will open
4. Visit this link in your browser
5. Optional - complete task 11 if you have a tumblr blog

Expected result: you can log in, save your work, and create a unique URL on the web.

TASK #12 - EMBED
1. Follow on from task #10, click in the "project" editor and copy the embed code that is presented
2. Visit your tumblr blog, make a text post, and paste in the <iframe> embed code
3. Publish your blog

TASK #13 - Create a youtube clip
1. Open the media editor

3. In the media gallery, click once on the clip that appears to add it to your timeline
4. Publish your new timeline by clicking "save" (if logged in) or "share" (if not logged in)

Expected resulted: You can add the youtube clip to the timeline, timeline length changes, published project includes new media

TASK #15 - Create a soundcloud clip
1. Open the media editor
2. Paste in this URL http://soundcloud.com/mozilla1/michelle
3. In the media gallery, click once on the clip that appears to add it to your timeline
4. Publish your new timeline by clicking "save" (if logged in) or "share" (if not logged in)

Expected resulted: You can add a soundcloud clip to the timeline, timeline length changes, published project includes new media

TASK #16 - DELETE EVENTS AND LAYERS
1. Select an event from the timeline
2. Press delete on the keyboard to delete it.
3. add a new event to another layer
4. hover your mouse over the layer number till the trash icon appears
5. click on the trash icon to delete that layer

Expect results: You are able to delete an event on a layer, and delete an entire layer

TASK #17 - load each example project from index
1. visit popcorn.webmaker.org
2. Visit each of the example projects listed in the grid
3. Ensure each one loads properly and can play through
