Founders are supported across three programs:

Endeavor Entrepreneurs  - the Global Endeavor Program targets companies that have found product-market fit and are at an inflection point in their growth journey.

• Scale-up companies from Bulgaria and CEE
• Over. €3M in annual revenue (excl. deep-tech companies), CAGR > 80% 
• Accepted companies receive access to a global network in more than 40 countries and tailored support related to the access to talent, capital, and market

Regional Support Program - the goal of the program is to support the most-promising companies to reach their next scale-up phase.

• Early-stage scale-up companies from Bulgaria and SEE
• Min. €1M in annual revenue, CAGR > 100% 
• Selected companies receive access to all local and regional resources from the neighboring Endeavor offices, for a duration of up to 24 months

Dare to Scale - the 4-month growth program accepts companies from various industries eager to scale their already profitable businesses

• Focused on late-stage startups with HQ in Bulgaria
• Over €100K of annual revenue, CAGR > 50%, up to 150 employees
• Applications run in the spring every year
