Before submitting your request, please consider reviewing space availability using the department calendars posted on the TRDA website.
Advanced reservation requests for student organizations will be processed in the order they were received. We will not accept requests for student organization reservations more than one week in advance. Confirmation emails will be sent by COB on the Friday preceding the reservation.
Reservation requests for the same day or week will be processed ASAP.
Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided in response to all requests.
Please remember that the TRDA Main Office is only open M-F, 8am-4pm. Requests made outside of regular business hours will be processed the following business day.
