The 2nd Manila Folding Bike Festival - Registration Form


Thank you for your interest in joining the “2nd Manila Folding Bike Festival”!  The said event will be on June 21, 2014 at Tiendesitas, Pasig City.

As a participant, please take note of the following:

1.  You will be allowed up to five (5) entries/bikes
2.  Registration fee is P250.00 per bike/entry until June 16, 2014. Onsite registration is on the day of the event itself and is P300 per bike/entry
3.  Deposit your payment of P250.00 to BDO:
- Account Name: Jose Ma. Kanlapan &/or
- Account Number: Number 380172577
4. Email your deposit slip as proof of payment to foldingbikepilipinas@gmail.com
5. Bring your bike/s to Tiendesitas on June 21, 2014 at 8:00 AM. Look for the event organizers from Folding Bike Pilipinas.
6. Bring your deposit slip and one (1) government issued ID for verification of your entry/ies
7. Should you wish to register onsite, please be in Tiendesitas on the day of the event—June 21, 2014at 8:00 AM. Registration fee is P300.00
