This form is for your comments on the Mandatory Housing Affordability (MHA) Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS). The comment period will be open for 60 days, from June 8, 2017 to August 7, 2017.

This comment form is presented in three parts, all of which are optional:
1) Your contact information
2) Your DEIS comments, with the opportunity to provide input by chapter
3) A demographic survey (household information, age, and more)
