April 27 NYCIST Meeting at Riverdale Country School
Wireless: in many ways it's the most impressive and disruptive technology that we use, and yet it is totally invisible and gets zero mention except when it breaks. How did we function before the wireless networking age? It has enabled the modern and mobile technology programs that we all work so hard to build, and it too needs to be fed and watered. How are you managing it?

We'll be gathering at Riverdale Country School to discuss all things WiFi. We'll discuss some of the following questions: What are you running? What works? What doesn't? What vendors have been great? Which should folks avoid? Who acquired your WiFi provider ;-) ? Have you moved to 802.11ac? How are you addressing captive portals and 802.1x? How do you design your SSIDs? And more...
