To customize this Google Sheet for your individualized SGO, you will need to do the following:

In the Fall
In the Spring

1.)On this page, click File- Make a Copy. Rename your document (be specific- include your NAME, Grade, Subject and Year); this will open your sheet in a new window. Now you will be able to customize your own SGO form and it will save in your Google Drive.
(I would recommend doing this for each individual SGO.)
7.)Go to google.com and log into your Google Drive. Next find your saved SGO forms from before. You can even search "SGO" in your Drive to help find your project.

2.)Complete the specific fields in orange on this page for your fall data (the last field to complete is on row 41) Remember to proofread and check all spelling (Tools-> Spelling).
* If you are copying & pasting- click in the specific box/cell and be sure your cursor is flashing inside the cell (or the formula bar). Once your cursor is inside the cell, then paste your information there.
8.)Complete the specific fields in green on this page for your spring data. Remember to proofread and check all spelling.

3.)Next, on the bottom of this page, click on "2. Student Results Table". Here you can enter the specific results of your students. Your heading will autocomplete from the data you entered on this sheet.9.)Next, on the bottom of this page, click on "2. Student Results Table" and update your students' Spring results.

4.)On the bottom of the page, click on the "3. PRE SGO Form" tab to view your form. Double check that all your data is correct. Again this should autocomplete from this page- You DO NOT need to type anything; simply review your info.11.)Click on the "4. POST SGO Form" tab on the bottom of the screen to view your form. Again this should autocomplete from the info you enter on this page; double check that all your data is correct.

5.)Now you will need to print your documents. First, click on the "2. Student Results Table" tab on the bottom. To Print: click File- Print; select Actual Size and Portrait Orientation.
Next, click on the "3. PRE SGO Form" tab on the bottom. To Print: click File- Print; select Actual Size, No Gridlines and Portrait Orientation.
12.)Now you will need to print your documents. First, click on the "2. Student Results Table" tab on the bottom. To Print: click File- Print; select Actual Size and Portrait Orientation.
Next, click on the "4. POST SGO Form" tab on the bottom. To Print: click File- Print; select Actual Size, No Gridlines and Portrait Orientation.
