Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind Sign Up
Sign up for a 5-week program focused on improving emotional well-being among undergraduate college students. Healthy Brain Healthy Mind is a 5-week program focused on improving mental health and general health. Groups will meet one hour a week starting the week of March 5. Choose between Sunday at 7pm, Tuesday at 7 pm, or Wednesday at 4 pm. Please only sign up if you are interested in attending all 5 weeks. In this program, you will learn the 12 Pathways to Better Brain Health, stress management, and other coping skills. The program is Ethos approved and part of U!Shine.
