2014 Plain Pride Community Service Day - Volunteer Registration Form
The Plain Local School District and Plain Township Trustees are planning a Plain Pride Community Service Day for Saturday, May 10, 2014 from 10:00am-2:00pm.  Plain Local students, staff, alumni and volunteers will assist Plain Township residents with yard work and other clean up projects. The projects may include basic yard work, washing windows, weeding, spreading mulch, cleaning, assisting the elderly, etc.  Those able to volunteer are asked to complete the form below. All volunteers will be required to sign a waiver.  The event will kickoff with a rally and light refreshments at 9:30am on Saturday, May 10 at GlenOak High School.  (A separate form is available for those requesting help with projects.)
