AstriCon 2017 - Orlando, FL Speaking Interest
AstriCon is in Orlando this year on October 3-5.

We are using some software this year to try to make the submission and management of talk ideas a smoother process.

At this stage we are only asking you register an interest in speaking at AstriCon with your name, company and email address.

We will invite you to enrol as a potential AstriCon speaker, and add your talk idea(s).

You should submit talk ideas about any subject you think that the AstriCon audience would find useful.

Our tracks this year are below, so we will be asking you to identify which track your talk should go in AND whether it is at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level:

Business (case studies, marketing tips, etc.)
Developer (stuff that involves code, scripts, ARI, AGI, etc.)
Infrastructure (SIP server stuff, WebRTC, etc.)
Deployment (Containerisation technologies, tips for redundancy, resilience, etc.)

Some examples talks subjects that have proved popular with the AstriCon audience are:

*SIP (Kamailio/OpenSIPS with Asterisk, or PJSIP specifics)
*WebRTC, including mobile apps
*Infrastructure, whether carrier or large scale contact centre, etc.
*Interesting or unusual applications of Asterisk (beyond the PBX)
*Contact Centre
*ARI - what have you been up to with it so far?
*Speech technology applications
*Security - always a popular subject
*Community Focus (reports on what community activities you have been involved in and/or tutorials on how to start a local Asterisk community/user group)

The deadline for submissions is May 31, 2017.

Once you have enrolled (following the invitation we will send you), feel free to make more than one speaking submission, and please note that by submitting a speaking proposal you agree to your presentation being recorded and made available on AstriCon.net after the event.

You also agree to have a copy of your presentation to us by September 15 for review.
