Teaching WWII Japanese American Incarceration with Primary Sources: Demonstration Project - Summer 2016

Densho is seeking 50 Washington state secondary teachers to participate in a demonstration project. All participants who complete the following will receive a $200 honorarium. Participants will be asked to take an online course (approximately 6 hours); try something from the online course in your classroom; complete an online evaluation and write an assessment of your classroom experience. The deadline to complete all parts of the project is October 31, 2016.
