Trailblazer BASE - Homework Club Requests
Trailblazer BASE program offers Homework Club each week Monday - Thursday.  4:30-5:00 pm. We have access to a quiet study space.  A BASE staff member will be available to answer your child's questions and maintain a quiet, supervised study time.   Most 2nd - 6th graders have homework to complete each day.  By completing this survey, BASE staff will have a better idea of which kids to gather for Homework Club each day.   Please complete the survey to let us know if you would like your child to complete their homework during the designated time.
