2015 - 16 Douglas County School Supply Donation Drive Volunteer
THANK YOU for visiting our School Supply Donation Drive volunteer page!  Volunteers are needed in several different capacities during the supply drive. We need interested individuals to assist with:

-  Pick up and delivery in Douglas County (see below for detailed information).
-  Clerical data entry (see below for detailed information).
-  Price checking (see below for detailed information).
-  Calling and / or emailing clients their supply pick up notifications (see below for detailed information).
-  Packing supply orders and inventory control (see below for detailed information).
-  Handing out supply orders (see below for detailed information).

PICK UP AND DELIVERY, generally all in Douglas County.
Must have vehicle and valid drivers license.  Options are:
DATA ENTRY
Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets necessary, knowledge of Google Docs helpful.  Help is needed in the following areas:
CLIENT CONTACT, Spanish speaking helpful.
Volunteer may also be responsible for coordinating delivery to families without transportation.
PACKING school supply orders / inventory control
Packing and Inventory Control will be done several times a week during the month of July, from July 7 - 24th.
