Students: What are two things you want me to know about about you?
Parents: Are you interested in being the Band Photographer for the year?
We are looking to expand our coverage in local newspapers, through twitter and Facebook. As well, we would like to photograph each student with their instrument and band uniform at some point this Fall (probably during uniform distribution day).
Parents: We would like to have a Fundraising chairperson who could coordinate our Fundraisers and Concert Program Advertisements. Would you be interested in being considered for the Fundraising Chair?
Parents: We would like to have a parent or two who has a keen eye for design assist with preparing our concert programs. Required skills would be in using Google Docs (a template has already been created). Are you interested in our Concert Program design chair?
Parents: We are looking for several parents to assist with uniform fitting during 2nd period and 4th period band classes on Thursday, September 28th. Would you be willing to help?
Parents: As part of our fundraising efforts, we will host the Illinois Grade School Music Association State Festival on Saturday, April 28th. We will need a number of parent and student volunteers on the day of the festival. In addition, we will need some committees for the following.
