The Board shall rule on: (a) commercial groups or individuals which are not related to the school program; (b) for use of Junior or Senior High School gymnasium except for those which are directly related to the school program; (c) for the use of facilities on Sundays or holidays; (d) use of Senior High School auditorium other than by school related groups; (e) requests by religious groups.
PRIORITIES OF USE: l. (School) requirement of school program; 2. (P.T.O.) local school related organizations; 3. (Local Govt.) other local municipally governed groups; 4. (Local Scouts) nationally recognized youth groups or non-religious activities of local church groups and private schools within the District; 5. (Serv. Org.) local civic and service organizations; 6. (Non-Local Scouts) non-local nationally recognized youth group organizations; 7. (Res. Private) private use by individuals, or organizations resident to the District; 8. (Non-Res. Private) private use by individuals or organizations not resident to the District.
We have developed the deadlines listed below to allow an orderly scheduling process which can give sufficient time to District staff in accommodating the priority list.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING BY THE DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OR HIS/HER DESIGNEE IF YOUR REQUEST HAS/HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED. No use period shall extend beyond the school fiscal year without renewal. Use over a period of time shall have a schedule of use approved by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
