We’ve all heard it before, “Everyone is on Facebook so I need to be too.” That’s not really an accurate statement though. Using social media platforms as communication tools requires every bit as much research and planning as other online and more traditional outlets. Don’t fret.

This worksheet is designed to help CUI departments’ process through the need, desire and necessity of a social media channel by assessing goals and objectives and assisting in determining if and how social media can best serve your department.
