RISE Scholarship Renewal Form

RISE Alumni that are currently enrolled in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) degree at an accredited 4-year university are eligible to apply for the $1,000 RISE Renewal Scholarship (two $500 installments per year). RISE Alumni can apply for the RISE Renewal Scholarship starting their second year at a 4-year university, or when they transfer from a community college to a 4-year university. RISE Alumni can continue to apply every year as long as they are still enrolled in a STEM-related degree at a 4-year university and have a major GPA of 2.0 or above. *

Students who are pursuing a non-STEM degree are welcome to apply. The GPA requirement for non-STEM majors is a 2.5 or above. Non-STEM majors will be required to provide an additional statement of financial need (500 words maximum) in addition to submitting a personal statement and unofficial transcript. *
