1. Go to the Intern Forms section on the CSUMB website and use the Contact Log to enter a minimum of 2 to 4 hours of support and mentoring per week in the classroom, every week while serving on the intern credential. 2. Submit one entry per week in the Contact Log, combining that week's activities by checking each applicable box in the "Activities" section, or the most applicable activity. A minimum of 95 hours of mentoring and support must be logged each semester. Of those hours, 23 must be focused on developing your skills for teaching English Learners. 3. Please keep an external record of your hours. Once you click the "Submit" button, you will be unable to see your entries.
