Let's put this "functional fitness" to the test and go for a short run in a beautiful bush setting only a few kms from the gym. The run will be suitable for ALL levels and abilities...anyone who CrossFits will be able to achieve this with ease & no-one will get left behind. Once a month we'll organise a trailrun with the first run on Sunday 7th Feb at 4pm. We'll meet at Walkabout Creek car park, which is at 60 Mt Nebo Road at The Gap. This run is approx 4km...with the first couple of kms on flat ground around the Enogera Reservoir. Bring your togs and have a swim at reservoir at the end of the run.
Everyone welcome, and partners/friends/kids that aren't up for a run can go for a lovely bushwalk and/or swim! There's even a coffee shop/wildlife centre there too!
