Certificate Training Workshop on Commercial Dispute Resolution
CPPR-ADR Centre in conducting a two day certified Training programme on Commercial Dispute Resolution for professionals with the support of British Deputy High Commission, Chennai. As part of its initiative in Ease of Doing Business, CPPR plans to equip people from the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala on dealing with commercial disputes more effectively through alternate methods. Given the future prospects of Alternative Dispute Resolution, we feel this programme will develop sufficient skills to engage you in the long term.

The programme is conducted in the cities of Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi. The dates of the programme are the following

January 20 & 21, 2017, at Bangalore

January 23 & 24, 2017, at Chennai

January 30 & 31, 2017, at Kochi

The programme is supported by the British Deputy High Commission, Chennai and we have waived the course fees for the programme. The training consists of sessions on Negotiation, Breaking Business deadlocks, Construction Dispute claim resolution and mock sessions on commercial dispute resolution. The sessions are lead by Mr. Paul Randolph and Mr.Spenser Hillard of Field Chambers, United Kingdom. The participants will be entitled to a 'Certificate of Competence' upon successful completion of the programme and will be engaged in a network of ADR practitioners entitling them to further benefits.
