REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The 3rd Annual Educational Justice Conference is a collaboration between Bethune-Cookman University and stakeholders within school districts, governmental agencies, community organizations and families to strengthen educational systems. It will offer opportunities to dialogue and hear presentations on critical issues affecting educational justice; including but not limited to, under-resourced schools, teacher preparation, exceptional student education, mislabeling, insensitivity, family and community support.

Education/Education Justice and/or Center for Educational Justice
The Education/Education Justice and/or Center for Educational Justice track highlights trends and topics influencing a community of leaders developing talent, managing change, and building a strong workforce. The education track also highlights trends and topics influencing a community where students, faculty, and Educational Justice Leaders collaborate with talent development professionals to develop a stronger and more equitable workforce. Criminal Justice/Criminal Justice Education
The Criminal Justice/Criminal Justice Education track highlights trends and topics influencing a community of forward- thinking professionals using criminal justice strategies and learning to develop the future workforce. Finance and/or Finance Education
The Finance and/or Finance Education track offers the opportunity for presenters to identify the finance skills required and/or needed to be a successful Education Justice Leader. Leadership/Policy Development and/or National Policy Alliance
The Leadership/Policy Development and/or National Policy Alliance track highlights trends and topics influencing a collective of professionals interested in understanding the mechanics behind how individuals take in information, form connections and ideas, and exercise new behaviors on the job to improve performance.
