*Please note that residence contracts are for the full academic year (September - April). There are two semesters in the academic year (Fall Semester: September - December & Winter Semester: January - April). If a student withdraws from residence during the course of a semester, he/she will still be required to pay the balance of the residence fees for the semester and will forfeit the security deposit. Please see the Residence Life Policies & Procedures for more information on early withdrawal from residence.
