    Residence Room & Meal Preference

Residence fees include costs for both room and meals. A limited number of single rooms may be available and are assigned at the discretion of the Residence Manager. All fees are pending board approval and therefore subject to change. *Please note that residence contracts are for the full academic year (September - April). There are two semesters in the academic year (Fall Semester: September - December & Winter Semester: January - April). If a student withdraws from residence during the course of a semester, he/she will still be required to pay the balance of the residence fees for the semester and will forfeit the security deposit. Please see the Residence Life Policies & Procedures for more information on early withdrawal from residence. **Total cost of residence per semester = Room Choice + Meal Plan Option.

    Security Deposit

Upon review and Conditional Acceptance of your Residence Application, you must submit a $500.00 Security Deposit to secure a space in residence. The Security Deposit is only refundable if you remain in residence for the entire academic year, are not responsible for any damages to residence property, and have no outstanding university fees. Refunds of the Security Deposit are also subject to the policies concerning Early Withdrawal and Cancellations, which are found in Concordia’s Residence Life Policies and Procedures.
