Conference Operation Fellowship Application XVI
The Conference Operations Fellows Program is a venture spearheaded by CMUNCE four years ago in order to give first-year students from all four of Columbia's undergraduate colleges a unique opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the conference.

As COFs, members of the incoming Class of 2020 will be given leadership roles within the conference planning process, thus exposing them to the inner workings of CMUNCE and allowing them to work side by side with members of the CMUNCE XVI Secretariat.

Chosen for their strong work ethic, professional skills, dedication, and desire to learn, COFs play an integral role in the conference planning process. After the program, many COFs go on to serve as Secretariat members, Committee Directors, or as members of the Executive Board. In fact, nearly half of the current Secretariat is comprised of COFs.
