The 2017 Legislative & Leadership Summit will be held at the Colorado Farm Bureau Center in Centennial on March 21st with a dinner program. Staff and members will join Ag Day at the State Capitol on March 22nd and wrap up with the Legislative BBQ downtown.

Leadership
The Legislative & Leadership Summit will begin on Tuesday, March 21st at the Colorado Farm Bureau Center in Centennial and include training from Johnna Miller from the American Farm Bureau, Jeff Wasden from the Colorado Business Roundtable, and Josh Penry of EIS Solutions and former Colorado State Minority Leader. Dinner will include a presentation by Bob Schaeffer, former US Representative.
Legislative
The Legislative & Leadership Summit will continue on March 22nd at the Colorado State Capitol where members are invited to participate in Ag Day and the "Taste of Colorado Ag" chef competition. Colorado Farm Bureau's team will include Chad Vorthmann, CFB's Executive Vice President, Don Brown, Commissioner of Agriculture, and Chef Jason Morse.

Districts 1, 2 and 6 will then host the annual Legislative Steak Fry at a nearby church where legislators will join members for dinner and discussion.

Rooms are reserved at the Comfort Suites in the Denver Tech Center. You can call 303.858.0700 to make reservations. Reservations must be made prior to March 1st in order to guarantee the group rate ($79.00+/Night).
