Trudy Fitness Center Orientations

Trudy Fitness Center orientations are 60-minute sessions which include a basic overview of the fitness center equipment and its proper use. Learn how to use the new cardio equipment and set up the weight room machines for safe and proper usage. Orientations are available to students, employees and TFC community members at NO COST!
