Registration Link *
Where people can register for your event.  Example: "http://www.active.com/5k-race/miami-fl/pretty-muddy-womens-mud-run---miami-fl-2013".  NOTE: We very rarely add events that are not yet open for registration.  Email us directly with any questions about this.
Event Start Date *
Format: MM/DD/YYY.  Example: "03/21/2013".  If your event takes place over two (or multiple days), use the end date field below.
Event End Date
Format: MM/DD/YYY.  Example: "03/21/2013".  Only use this field if your event spans multiple (consecutive) days.
Venue Name *
Example: "Lake at Las Vegas", "Cousins Paintball", "Amelia Airheart Park", "TBA Atlanta Georgia"
Venue Street Address *
Example: "42 Wallaby Way", "123 That Road"
Venue City *
Example: "Atlanta", "San Francisco", "Miami"
Venue State (or Region) *

Pricing Information *
Please provide all prices, and the dates prices changes.  Also provide military discount, youth discount, etc. Also provide your refund / wave transfer / date change policy and pricing.
Course Description *
Describe the course.  Is it hilly?   How tough is it going to be? How many obstacles will participants encounter?  Can you provide a list and short description about each obstacle?  
Course Map
If you have it, please provide a link to a PNG or JPG file showing your course map.
Start Time *
What time is the first heat?  What time is the last heat?  How often do heats go?  How many people per heat?  Is there a special elite heat? etc.
Aid Stations *
Will you have aid stations on course?  How many?  Will paramedics be on standby?  Wil there be fruit & water at the finish line?  If none of this applies, you can just put "No aid stations will be available"
Schwag *
What do competitors get?  A tshirt? Cusom Medal?  Free beer? Scrapes & bruises?  Entrance to after party?  Chip timing?
Awards
Does your race have an awards ceremony?  What are the age groups?  What do they get for winning?  
Prizes
Does your race also offer prizes?  Maybe a prize for best costume, or most muddy finisher?
Spectators *
Are spectators free?  Is there a designated viewing area, or can they roam most of the course freely?  If it's not free, how much per spectator?  And do spectators also get into the post-party?
Spectator Ticket
Link to purchase a spectator ticket, if they are available ahead of time (doesn't apply if spectators are free of course!)
Parking *
How much is parking going to be?  Do you recommend carpooling? Is this a remote lot, and will there be shuttles to take competitors to the race course?
Post-Party
Does your race have a post-party?  Are there musicians/DJs there?  If so, who?  Will there be food & vendors?  What makes your post-party awesome?
Other Information *
Basically - tell us anything you think will help people decide to do your race, and answer any FAQs.  Does your event give any money to charity?  What's the minimum age?  Is there a special kids race?  Is your event timed, or not?  Do you have to be able to swim to compete?  Will there be a gear check?  How about a wash/shower/changing area after?  
Team Details
Do you even have teams at your race?  Or are you "Welcome to race as a team, just sign up for the same way, but there are no official teams"  Is there a special scoring for teams?  How many people per team?  Do you offer team discounts?  Anything you think teams should know?
