Facility Use Application
PLEASE NOTE: This facility use application is only for general shelter rentals. All special events and field reservations require separate paperwork. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH THIS APPLICATION IF YOU ARE REQUESTING USE FOR SPECIAL EVENTS (All reservations of more than 100 persons, or any reservation including streets, roadways, or city property outside of a city park.)

This application must be completed and SUBMITTED NO LESS than 5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the requested date. Any misrepresentation in this application or deviation from the final agreed upon route and/or method of operation described herein may result in the immediate revocation of the permit. All questions must be fully answered. If the question does not apply please indicate N/A. The information requested by this form will be used to determine your eligibility for the permit requested. Completed forms may be released upon the request of any citizen as provided by the Freedom of Information Act. Completion of this form is voluntary. However, failure to do so will prevent processing of your application.
Confirmation of your reservation will be sent via email and will include specific payment instructions. If you have not received this confirmation within 3 days of submitting your application, please contact cmedeiros@cityofclemson.org or call 864-624-1120.

Facility Fees (rentals are based on 3 hour increments)

0-25 persons $25

26-50 persons $50

51-100 persons $100 (Nettles Pavilion only)
