IMPORTANT: a $20.00 deposit is needed in order to secure your spot. Payments may be accepted over the phone, via check through the mail, or by stopping by the museum in person.

Pricing is as follows:Basic During Open Hours Party: 15 children and 15 adults (no exceptions please) is $100 (additional children are $7.00 w/a free adult, additional adults are $4.00) Please include the birthday child and Museum members in the guest list. Maximum number of children attending during business hours is 20.
Birthday Bash During Hours Party: 15 children & 15 adults (no exceptions please) is $150 (additional children are $7.00 w/a free adult, additional adults are $4.00). Please include the birthday child and museum members in the guest list. Maximum children attending during business hours is 20.
Exclusive After Hours Party: Add $75 to Basic or Birthday Bash party (All adult guests are included in the price.) A Basic After Hours party in total costs $175 and a Birthday Bash After Hours party in total costs $225. 20 children maximum. Party room seating capacity = 20 children
* All parties must be paid in full before leaving the museum after the party. The $20.00 deposit will be returned to you after the party. If there is an excessive amount of cleaning required at the end of your party, the $20 deposit will not be returned, and will be used to cover our additional cleaning services.
SET-UP: For Basic Parties; Time for set-up is included in your 2 hour time slot. You are welcome to provide party supplies, including table cloths, decorations, food, and drinks. A refrigerator and freezer are available next to the birthday party room.
For Bash Parties; The room will be set up for you upon arrival and will be broken down once you leave.
ARRIVAL:Please check in with the front desk upon arrival and leave your sign-in sheet with a staff member there. Your guests will be asked to check in at the front desk as they arrive. The sign-in sheet will be used when you check out to determine the total party cost. Additional guests will be added to your party costs, $7.00 per additional child & $4.00 per additional adult. The birthday child and family must be included on the guest list and are included in the total count.
DURING YOUR PARTY: The party room is yours for the reserved entire 2 hour period. All other exhibits are also available to enjoy during that time. However, only the party room is closed to museum visitors unless you have scheduled a party after-hours.
Pinatas that you hit are not allowed. Pull string piñatas only.It is very important to keep all food (including candy) and drinks in the party room. Please be sure children are supervised by an adult and following the museum rules.
CLEAN-UP: For Basic Parties; It is the responsibility of the party hosts to clean after the party. Leave yourself 15 minutes at the end of your 2 hours to make sure things are tidy and they look the same as when you arrived. The trash bin, broom, and disinfectant cleaner can be found in the party room and under the sink in the kitchen. Please remove leftover food and decorations. At the end of the party a staff member will check with you to make sure that the room is left in good condition. Your $20.00 deposit will be kept if the party room is not clean. We appreciate your assistance in leaving the party room as you found it. If you have a party and you are here over the scheduled time, there will be an additional $20 charge per ½ hour, so please plan your time accordingly.
For Birthday Bash Parties; At the end of your 2 hour party, a staff member will clean the room. Even so, we would appreciate your cooperation keeping the party room and museum safe and clean throughout the party. Your $20.00 deposit will be returned to you at the end of the party. If you have a party and you are here over the scheduled time, there will be an additional $20 charge per ½ hour, so please plan your time accordingly.
AFTER THE PARTY:If your guests wish to stay after the party, they may pay the daily admission fee of $6.00/person. Please make sure all of your guests are aware of this policy.

CANCELLATION: If you need to change your party date, you must do so within 7 days of the original party date reserved. Otherwise, refunds for cancellations are not offered. However, in the event of illness or inclement weather, we can reschedule the party for a later date.
STAFFA staff member or volunteer will escort you to the party room upon arrival and will be available to help throughout the party.
