Although several of these questions may seem personal, our heart behind them is to get to know you as thoroughly as possible prior to inviting you to serve. We take this process very seriously, as those we place in positions of leadership will inevitably become an example to our children and community members. We ask that you carefully consider what this means to you before applying.

Below are the current positions that we have available in Haiti. Please read each description carefully and prayerfully consider which area(s) you feel your gifts and skills may be best utilized in.

Transition Program Intern: Seeking an individual with experience in business and/or social entrepreneurship, as well as skilled in one or more area(s) of our Transition Program. Experience in marketing and accounting a plus!

Facilities Manager: Seeking an individual who is qualified in managing and overseeing all aspects of our facilities - i.e. electrical, plumbing, small repairs, vehicle maintenance, etc. We would love for this person to also have a heart for mentoring and teaching young people through their work!

Child Counselor/ Psychologist: Seeking an experienced, Christian counselor or psychologist to work with our children on a regular basis.
