Thank you for planning and leading an event for CHC! Please complete this form if you need a room reserved, something publicized, or both and then watch for a confirmation email before moving forward. (The office will check for any potential conflicts.)  If your event is approved, please allow a couple of weeks before your event makes its presence in the bulletin, on the website, etc.
