The Survey Monkey GOLD account is shared with a number of different staff  across CGIAR so you should be aware that others who have this shared account can see the information in your surveys, and you can also see other people's surveys, therefore it is recommended to export your information when you complete the survey and delete your own surveys when you do not need them anymore.
 
Please do NOT delete or alter any other surveys that do not belong to you when the credentials are shared with you.
