CGCC Financial Aid & Scholarship Outreach Request Form
Welcome to Chandler-Gilbert outreach information page! In an effort to streamline responses to requests for participation in community events and so that we may better serve the community as a whole, the financial aid office has implemented the following guidelines for all outreach requests. Please take a moment to complete this form and allow us to prepare for your future event.

NOTE: The Financial Aid office will be temporarily unavailable the first two weeks of the fall and spring terms while we continue to provide the best customer service for our students during high peak times.

Please fill in as many details as possible. This form only requests that a representative accommodate an event that you are planning to host. *A minimum of 2 week advance notice required for all event requests

Once the request is submitted, the following will take place:
1. The financial aid office at CGCC will reach out to you confirming all details and coordinating efforts to support the event.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the event from the financial aid office to finalize event support.

Please wait a minimum of 1-2 business days for a response from the Outreach Specialist to confirm the status of your request.
