Description:
Looking for a practical, teaching experience in an urban setting? The Center for Urban Teaching Summer Program provides undergraduates with an opportunity to lead a classroom of students in a Center run summer site. Last year the summer program took place at 10 different K- 8th grade campuses in Milwaukee, with participants from over 40 universities. With the CfUT leadership, the teachers will experience team building, professional teacher training, and develop their campus theme and culture with the summer faculty.

Team Building and Training (June 14-June 27)
Summer School (June 28-July 27)

Involved with the Center by participating CfUT sponsored events in addition to attending a Milwaukee Immersion Tour.
