TIME COMMITMENT?
Meetings are held monthly. Volunteering is up to you and your schedule. You are encouraged to attend meetings and volunteer but it is NOT a requirement for membership.

COST?
$25 annual membership fee which includes a CHS Student Directory.

CHS STUDENT DIRECTORIES?
One copy included with PTO Membership. PTO members can purchase additional copies for $5. Non-members can purchase copies for $10 each.

    Membership in the PTO is $25 which includes a copy of the CHS Student Directory. Please consider an additional tax deductible donation to the PTO to help fund our many programs. Additional copies of the CHS Student Directory are available to PTO members for $5 ($10 for non-members) .     Make a difference by volunteering!

    Please check all areas with which you would like to volunteer. Your name will be shared with the appropriate chairperson or CHS staff member. If you do not hear from them, please feel free to contact them directly.
    Bulldog Fest (Sept. 30) donate/cook/serve food
    Homecoming Parade Driver (Sept. 30) drive your convertible in the parade
    Directory (Oct. or Nov.) help with sorting, labeling & assembly
    Foundations (twice a year) review & vote on teacher’s grant applications
    American Education Week (Nov. 14-18) bake/decorate/distribute treats 
    Winter Warm- Up Lunch (February) soup/salad/breads donate/decorate/set up food
    Grad Gram sales and assembly (spring)
    Post Prom (April or May) publicity/chaperones/ games/entertainment/food/decorations/ticket sales
    Teacher Appreciation Week Luncheon (May)
     AP Testing Snacks (May 1-5, 8-12) bake, hand out water and snack during AP testing 
     Senior Awards Hospitality (May) non-senior parent, help with set-up/clean-up of desserts & drinks
    Senior Picnic (June) event volunteer/donate food 
    Graduation Room Monitors (June) non senior-parents needed prior to ceremony
    Donate Baked Goods (throughout year) as needed
    Miscellaneous (throughout year) willing to help out, as needed, with PTO related activities
