Student Athletic Handbook *
Go to the Student Athletic Handbook link in the start of the season announcement email you received and download it to your computer. Read it. This is a very important document and you must understand its contents. Take 20 minutes to read it before your season starts.

Parental Athletic Participation Agreement *
This is for your parents to complete. Read the link in the start of season announcement email you received and then ask them to complete this on line. This needs to be completed by them before you participate in any Sporting events at CDNIS.

Sports Season Fee for Parents *
Each student who joins the Athletic Programme pays a Sports Season Fee of $500 for each sport you play. This covers your uniform, travel shirt, league entry fees, transport, officials costs, coaches and specialised equipment. Please pay the Sports Season Fee to the Athletic Department (AD), Office 304, asap. Your parents will receive a receipt for this payment.

Uniform *
The cost of your Sports Uniform and travel shirt is included in the $500 Sports Season Fee. If you received a Uniform last year you will not receive a new Uniform this year, unless your uniform is too small or is no longer fit for wear. If this is the case you will need to return your old Uniform to the Athletics department and you will be given a new uniform for free. Anyone who has lost last years uniform will have to pay an additional Uniform Fee of $500 for a replacement uniform. All new students and new players to the sport will receive a new uniform as soon as they have paid their Sports Season Fee.
