Baccalaureate Exhibition Participation Form — Fall 2013 & Spring 2014 Graduates

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! Undergraduate Students graduating in Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 are eligible to participate in the Spring 2014 Baccalaureate Exhibition. The application deadline is extended to April 9, 2014. The Baccalaureate Exhibition, housed on the San Francisco campus, provides an exciting culmination of your art and design education. The exhibition is a terrific way to share your creative accomplishments with family, friends and the larger Bay Area arts community. Given the scope of the exhibition, the Undergraduate Exhibitions program will make all decisions regarding placement of works. Be sure your work is completely prepared for us to install and that you have included any installation directions and special hardware when you deliver your work. Given the number of students participating in the exhibition we will not be able to arrange for individual installation appointments for you to install your own work. Please plan to exhibit a single work and not an entire portfolio or series. Additionally, given the exhibition’s space and installation time constraints, not all types of work can be accommodated; pieces may be deemed too large or too difficult to install. Your exhibition application must include information on the specific piece you wish to exhibit. However, submitting the participation form does not guarantee you the opportunity to exhibit a particular work in the exhibition. The Undergraduate Exhibitions program will review the information and contact you closer to the exhibition if we have questions about the piece you request to exhibit. You will need to deliver your artwork to the SF Campus Center Galleries at one of the following times: Tuesday, May 6th, 2 pm - 6 pm Wednesday, May 7th, 10 am - 6 pm Thursday, May 8th, 10 am - 6 pm. We are unable to accept work in alternate locations or outside the times listed above. The exhibition is currently slated to be open for public viewing from the evening of Thursday, May 15- Tuesday, May 20. Work pick up is scheduled on Wednesday, May 21 from 9 am - 6 pm. You may not remove your work from the exhibition before 9 am on Wednesday, May 21 and work may not be stored on campus after 6 pm on May 21st. Media Center Equipment Replacement Agreement

The San Francisco Media Center may pursue recovery from the Media Center Patron equipment that is deliberately, or through negligence, damaged, lost or stolen while in the Media Center Patron's care, custody, or control. The Media Center Patron is responsible for reimbursement for theft, damage or loss of Media Center equipment based on current market value and condition of equipment. Unfortunately, no laptops, computers, or projectors are available for your use during this exhibition. Graduating students are eligible to request a TV/DVD Combo; these are available in limited number. If you need some other type of equipment put your request on this form and we will let you know if that equipment is available.
