Transportation Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - Noon, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:30am
- Reservations are to be made 3 office days in advance for travel on Sunday through Friday.
- Reservations are not available for Friday Evening or Saturday travel.
- Please call to confirm or cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your pick-up/drop-off time.
-Transportation is provided between the hours of 5:30am and 10:30pm Sun- Thursday and 5:30am and 4pm on Friday.  For Airport transportation, our last pick up time is 9pm for the Edmonton airport and 8pm for the Calgary airport.  On Friday's the latest pick up time is 2pm.

Note: Some information you give on this form is used in the shuttle booking schedule on the website including your name and flight number. Please contact us personally if this causes you concern.

Burman University reserves the right for the Transportation Department, Administration, or drivers to limit or cancel any trip due to weather conditions, vehicle maintenance, or other safety concerns.  It will be the responsibility of the requesting party to make other arrangements.
