Springfest 2013 Committee Application
Thank you for your interest in the 2013 Springfest Committee! Applications are due Wednesday November 7th at 11:59 p.m.
Interviews will take place the week of November 12th.

Here are descriptions of the available positions:

Attractions Chair – In charge of booking all inflatable
entertainment, as well as any other attractions that roam Freiberger Field during
Springfest.

Booths Chair– Responsible for choosing and organizing all the
student organization booths featured at Springfest.

Volunteers Chair - Recruits and organizes volunteers to help the
day of the festival.

Marketing Chair- Think of creative ways to promote Springfest, Battle Of The Bands
and the Springfest logo contest around campus. Knowledge of Photoshop recommended.

Website/Social Media Chair- Responsible for designing and maintaining the Springfest
website. Works closely with other chairs to distribute pertinent information
using various forms of social media. Some knowledge of Dreamweaver is a plus!

Concerts Chair– Organizes Battle of The Bands, book the headliner,
and facilitate the concert the day of the show.

In addition, all chairs are expected to meet once a week during the semester, as
well as put in the additional hours to ensure duties are achieved. This is the biggest
event of the year and we need YOU to make it a success!


Springfest is Saturday April 27, 2012 and all chairs must be
available the evening of April 26th for set up and all day April 27th for the event!
