NAVIGATING YOUR PATH TO EMPLOYMENT IN THE METRO VANCOUVER AREA
Do you identify as having Asperger’s Syndrome or Autism Spectrum Disorder?

Are you over 16 years of age and looking for employment?

Do you live in the Metro Vancouver Area, British Columbia?

Funded by the Government of Canada, RWA is a national partnership initiative between the Canadian Association for Community Living (CACL) and the Canadian Autism Spectrum Disorders Alliance (CASDA) that is working to increase the labour force participation of people with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Ready, Willing and Able (RWA) has launched The Compass, a Job Seekers Database to help connect job seekers with Autism Spectrum Disorder to a range of paid employment opportunities across a diversity of industries in the Metro Vancouver Area.

In accessing the Job Seekers Database, you will be asked a series of questions about your employment and education history, your experience with employment services and supports in your community, any perceived employment barriers and accommodations that you feel you may need to be successful in employment. Your answers to these questions will be used by the RWA team to connect you to paid employment opportunities in your community and the supports you may need to be successful on the job.

The Job Seekers Database will take about 20-30 minutes for you to complete. If you would prefer to speak to a member of the RWA team directly, rather than completing this form, please contact:
