Sport Enhancement Program 2018 Year 7&8
Key objectives for Years 7-8:
Wednesday Mornings 7.10-8.30am
To work with physical maturation age to focus on developing physical literacy.
Fundamentals of the core movements will enhance athlete's ability to compete at a higher level.
To build resilience and confidence in a generic athlete environment.
The sessions are led by Troy Wilson of Athletic Edge, Troy is a fully qualified Personal trainer and is very experienced in working with diverse age groups.
Trials will be the first Wednesday of term 2 , Cost is $100 for the 10 week program payable on acceptance into program.
