The SCA event approval process applies to all SCA events.

Once an SCA Committee has decided to organise an event (or agreed for an event to be organised on its behalf by an affiliated club ) the SCA Committee will complete the form below. If there are multiple events the committee can alternatively complete the bulk spreadsheet and send it to events@canoescotland.org
